We are searching for a seasoned Case Management Consultant to drive the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of our clients enterprise level case management ecosystems. In this role, you will be instrumental in deploying scalable, user centric solutions that seamlessly combine SAP applications with NextGen digital architectures.
Operating at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, you will collaborate with cross functional stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to transform sophisticated operational workflows into streamlined, end-to-end digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Head the technical design and solution scoping for advanced case management architectures utilising SAP platforms and integrated cloud technologies.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business operations, user journeys, and systemic workflows to build highly efficient case handling frameworks.
- Platform Integration: Design and implement robust integration's linking case management tools with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), modern orchestration tools, and third party systems.
- Innovation & Prototyping: Provide technical direction for NextGen digital initiatives, including building out proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and functional prototypes.
- Functional Alignment: Partner with business units to map user journeys, standardise service delivery models, and refine case lifecycles.
- End-to-End Implementation: Support the full deployment lifecycle, including system configuration, data mapping, integration testing, comprehensive documentation, and go-live phases.
- Documentation & Governance: Formulate clear technical blueprints, architectural guidelines, and system design specifications while adhering to strict security and quality compliance protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with data, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to guarantee unified platform governance.
Required Skills and Experience
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record of architecting and deploying complex case management frameworks within enterprise-scale environments.
- SAP Ecosystem Proficiency: Deep functional knowledge of SAP technologies, specifically SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and associated workflow/integration suites.
- Business Process Design: Strong background in business process modeling notation (BPMN), workflow optimisation, and human centered design principles.
- Modern Integration Patterns: Hands-on familiarity with cloud native architectures, API management, and modern middleware solutions.
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Outstanding analytical capabilities with the ability to articulate technical jargon into actionable business concepts for non technical stakeholders.
- Security Clearance: Australian Citizenship is mandatory, along with an active AGSVA NV1 security clearance.
- Regulated Industry Background: Previous experience navigating the compliance and operational landscapes of government, or highly regulated corporate sectors.
- High degree of autonomy with the capability to balance competing project timelines effectively.
- Strong professional presence with the ability to negotiate and influence strategic outcomes among senior leadership groups.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., SAP certifications, enterprise architecture frameworks, or Agile/project delivery credentials).
